Was going to go to a Tribute to Rudy Robison but I still don't want to deal with the Family -- They could have arrainged for DVM to video/record the Tribute and sell that for the benefit of the Family, I would belive that the musicians would have given permission, BUT with the attitudes last week I didn't want to get invovled.

Could have gone down to the Rudy Robinson Tribute at Apollo Greektown Casino BUT didn't want to deal with all the Static that has invovled from Rudy's death, everything would have been alright if he didn't die, Rudy and I had talked about possible work for the future. My mind being bothered by all of this,
wouldn't allow me to go out to Sun Messengers or Alberta Adams pre-planed plans that should have happened BUT
I just was down in the dumps about the Situtation with the Family's Attitude. so I STAYED HOME, To Bed 4:30am

I went there with nothing but good intentions but was confronted by the Family > Lawyer and the Surviving Family Members > Nephew, Niece, Jr, older brother and Mom -- the Lawyer tried to intimidate me and the Family joined in >>

This is in regards to a Video/film that I OWN through "PUBLIC DOMAIN" telling me they will SUE me if I do anything with that Video.

I said something to the fact, that he the Lawyer, didn't have to be rude or mean sounding to me, when I came here to meet the famliy and see whats going on. Lawyer said "I don't care about your feelings"

This all happened after he asked Me "What did I plan on doing with the Video" I said "that IF the Video ever went for sale it probably would cost $15" and He asked "How much is going to the Family", I said "NONE" this made him mad.

Found out that Rudy Robinson died this past sunday night, I've knewn of him but didn't met him till this past saturday at the Scarab Club. what a shock.

was up early, worked on Website and stuff, went back to bed to finish my sleep but my Mother came over to visit and woke me up, had an enjoyable visit. Spent some time after that with my son. laid down to nap 7pm-9pm but was feeling more tired than I thought I was, didn't get up when alarm rang..... STAYED HOME

I picked up Light Show Bob after the Heritage Series, so he could go with me to Chicago 5:45pm saturday, got there 9:30pm Chicago time. Had a great time, We sat in VIP section. We never went to sleep, stayed up around the clock having a blast and taking night time and sunrise footage in Chicago. We got back to Detroit about 1:45pm sunday.
MADE Light Show Bob a Website for him to take over as his own.
MADE AGS Gutters a Website for them to take over as their own.
Laid down to nap about 6pm and slept till next day..... STAYED HOME
